3. Usage Policy
Our platform is designed for professional development and enterprise operations. Users must adhere to the following Acceptable Use Policy:
You may not use our services to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our core infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer any proprietary algorithms or compiled binaries.
- Host or distribute malicious software (malware, ransomware).
- Perform automated load testing without prior written consent from our Operations team.
5. Service Terms & IP Rights
All intellectual property rights in the platform, including but not limited to the APIs, dashboard UI, and underlying orchestration logic, belong to Enterprise Solutions Inc.
Users retain ownership of the code and data they deploy through our services. However, by using the platform, you grant us a limited license to host and process such data as necessary to provide the services.
5.1 Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We strive for 99.99% uptime for our Enterprise Tier clients. Compensation for downtime is outlined in individual service contracts and is provided as service credits.
6. Liability Limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enterprise Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our developer tools.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the incident.
